Entering Pharmacy Information

To set up PharmaClik Rx, you must enter your pharmacy's name and address and set some default pharmacy settings.

1. Select More > Pharmacy.
2. Select the Pharmacy tab.

3. In the Pharmacy section, enter the following information (starred fields are required):
   • Name*
   • Legal Name
   • Owner
   • Logo
   • Addr Line 1*
   • Addr Line 2
   • City*
   • Province*
   • Post Code*
   • Phone*
   • Fax*
   • Doctor Line

4. In the PharmaClik Rx section, enter or select the following information (starred fields are required):
   • Auth Request Prioritized (days)
   • Area Code
   • Dial One
   • City
   • Province
   • Country
   • Postal Code
   • Idle Time (Min.)
   • Enterprise

     Note: Medicine Shoppe or Remedy's Rx stores will see the Enterprise field as either Medicine Shoppe Formulary or Remedy's Rx Generic Formulary.

   • Professional Services Billing
   • Print Privacy Disclaimer
   • Process Labels in Background
   • Background Process IVR, eFILL, AutoFill
   • Prompt for What's New
   • Batch Start Time
   • Default Group Type
   • Active Selection for Completed Rx(s)

5. Select the Save button.
